Free return of goods
If you are not satisfied with the goods, you can return them FREE of charge within 14 days of purchase.
To return non-compliant goods, please proceed as follows:
- Fill out the online form below.
- After completing and confirming the form, a PDF document will be created and sent to your email address. Print this PDF and enclose it with your return shipment. It will be used for your identification.
- Pack the returned goods - you can use the same packaging in which you received the goods.
- Send goods to our address.
Your money will be transferred back to your bank account within a few days of the package being delivered to our address. It may take up to two weeks for the package to arrive!
